We just stayed here 3/23-3/29.. The place is immaculate. High praise for the staff- everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The beaches were beautiful, pools even better. Only have one complaint- the adult only pool (Coral Pool) and beach are no longer adult only. As of November 2024, kids that are with their parents in the Signature Level are allowed in these areas. I was NOT very happy as we booked well in advance (back in July 2024) for the Adult Only section. Would have been nice for them to inform us. All the restaurants were amazing- except one The Mexican -La Adelita.. Food was OK Service was despicable.. Probably the worst we have had since we started going to Palladium Resorts.. One thing- If you tip well they will take care of you.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.. Some, not all of the employees seemed like they shouldnt be working there as they had a negative attitude and didnt seem trustworthy. I heard numerous employees talking in patua negatively and making jokes about guest to their faces because they thought noone understood them. Overall my stay was pleasent and i had lots of fun.

I’ve been many times but do not recognise the building shown at 4:26 and 4:46 minutes. I do not think that is the Grand Palladium Jamaica property. Naughty…

I heard that the staffs are taking people's stuff from their rooms and also from the safe that they are given to secure their personal items..is that true? Am not sure if the palladium is in the mix...but I've seen and heard visitors spoke about it...I hope not...
