set up->enter advanced setup->computer->antivirus and spyware->realtime file system advanced heuristics/dna/smart signatures.

Don't look at the list of running processes to find out if advanced memory scanner has killed a threat. Or you should distinguish between suspended and running processes :)

how do clean the virus out after the scan? It found three infected files but they are just quarantined.

Their AV program can't scan the hidden WindowsApp folder in Program Files (W10). Cheaper AV programs can scan this file with no problems.  How many other similar folders are at risk?  Fix this ESET or lose my subscription.Thumbs up if you find the same issue, then perhaps Eset will fix it.

a 70% detection rate IMO is horrible, especially for a paid antivirus. since rinning malwarebytes, free MSE and sandboxie I have zero viruses and adware. . I credit sandboxie for 96% of this. HOWEVER saying all that the MOST important effective anti virus is your BRAIN & common sense....such as unchecking adware boxes when installing a program, and not giving permission to download any program onto your PC unless its throughly researched first and comes from a  verified known vendor. 3 ways to completly  screw up your PC:
1) download every new program you see  on the internet.
2) start deleting things in your registry...or even going into the registry to begin with!.
3) start turning off various services in microsoft services in an attempt to "speed up" your pc. 

I screwed up 2 PC's doing the above 3 things, had to restore them to new condition. learn from my mistakes/previous stupidity
