I have an hour commute 120 $ every 3 days but no one can match my pay 26 an hour I’ll take 25 an hour but not lower don’t care if I don’t know I can get trained. I’m not in high school no more I can live with under 25 an hour but I guess all this turn over made companies picky on picking a candidate. They want more experience but they need to understand that if I get that experience by staying at my factory will mean that I’ll be making 35 an hour starting and not many companies want to match pay 💰 close to that. Hate that I’m stuck at my factory, all other factories please match pay and don’t be so picky my company took a chance on me when I was unemployed and honestly a loser but now look at me. Ima get a raise every year.

There is NO labor shortage. However there is a serious PAY shortage. Employers have gotten addicted to low wages, long hours & poor work/life balance. Those days are absolutely over & will never return. Want workers to stay? Pay them!
