I'm French and let me tell you at first we could not believe it but after all his videos he had to make a public apology because it was all fake. He did that for clout because his channel does not interest people anymore and it worked because it was all over the French Instagram and Twitter but now we all know the truth
And the saddest part in this story is that he still tries to make people believe by making even more videos about it

I'm french, it's in the news this morning. His town wrote in the news that the letter he received was from 2017 for an other case. It's impossible to block the city's water system because none of the neighbors are connected together. Each water system is personal.
