I remember when i was still a kid when this show started and i didn't care a lot for science and technology, but today 12 years down the line i am majoring in physics at the University of Texas at Austin and the Big Bang theory had a part to play in stimulating my interest in physics and math and that's why I consider this show to have been one of the greatest in the history of television

This show helped me a lot. Sheldon’s character forced me to realize a few things about myself and eventually is the only reason I figured out I was on the spectrum. I eventually got tested as an adult and was diagnosed. I’m now getting ge therapy I need to learn to communicate. I pretty much stopped talking at 11 and was labeled “shy” I’ll be 33 soon and uh I’m just learning to communicate with people who aren’t my husband. It’s all thanks to tbbt.

This series helped me through the most difficult periods of my life. Sheldon’s OCD is very similar to mine and I have severe social anxiety disorder just like Raj and Lucy. But most importantly seeing other socially awkward ppl and the daily struggles they go through, really touched me❤️

When I was a kid I was already interested in science and math but The Big Bang Theory has sparked my mind to pursue physics and become a Theoretical Physicist just like Sheldon.
