How to Use Zillow...Or Not

Searching for real estate can be problematic if you don't know what to look for. Good info! Zillow has to clean up their act. Surprisingly their stats look good in a couple of areas including where I live but their tax estimate is awful and has been a pet-peeve of mine.

Will your useing a terrible example that house looked it up it’s got almost no land .44 is nothing what’s the lot worth without a house 20k or 30k and if you put that same house in say some small town in Nebraska is probably worth 100k zillion was right and very generous with there zestimste.
