Circular Patch Antennas

How to calculate the radius of a circular patch antenna from a rectangle patch antenna? I came across this on microwaves 101 (link in the description). It is very easy and works every time.

Given:
1800Mhz 4G LTE
f/2 in mm = 83.333 wide & 80.275 high
Dielectric height = 6mm
dia = sqroot(89.333 x 86.275)= 87.79mm
rad = /2 = 43.89mm

Hi my alpha antennas keeping coming loose and leaning/dropping to side, i read thread locker is not conductive so thats a no go, is there anything that i cud put on the router nibs that wud glue them on after screwing on and dry solid ish, so they dont come loose or unscrew after movements, "Without affecting any gains" or signal in general, thx, i have posted this question also in in your alpha 2.4/5 opening review
