How do you not make airport not shut down by the time? And when do you know when it's going to open back up? Also how do you open back the airport without paying coins?

There is a draw back to doing the time cheat. When and if you return back to normal time, the game will detect the cheat and close one of your airports for a funny reason, like "for a bad smell". You'll have to pay a minimum of 30, 000 coins to reopen it, so be sure you have plenty of money before you return your time to normal.
