I once went into a fancy restaurant in the US just to order a very fancy cheesecake and a cup of coffee. The waitress was quite confused - but I never had a fancier "Kaffee und Kuchen" (coffee+cake time, very usual in Germany) in my life.
Ever longed for a dessert? Just get it :)
