2025 ESPA Annual Meeting - Segment One

The 2025 New York State Passenger Rail Advocates Annual Meeting was held by the Empire State Passengers Association (in conjunction with the Northeast Division of the Rail Passengers Association) on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Schenectady, NY. Over 70 attended the day-long event.
In Segment One, ESPA President Gary Prophet convenes the meeting and pays tribute to four longtime leaders of the Association - Jacob Adams, Steve Salatti, David Skoney & Robert Lenz - who had passed during 2024.
Gary then introduces the day’s first presenters:
-David Ullman – Deputy Secretary For Transportation – Governor’s Executive Chamber
&
-Janet Ho – Assistant Commissioner – New York State Department of Transportation
