I love Kefir ( key-fur) the most ancient drink around. At Walmart it's priced reasonably, if you buy it at the other markets it's almost double in price. And strawberry is the best! 😊

I'm on the same diet I was on in boot camp. I have a high carb diet. I'm a creature of habit, I eat the same shit everyday. Breakfast is a big ass bowl of oatmeal with blueberries with a big glass of cranberry/promogrante juice. Lunch is usually a couple of chicken sandwiches with some soup. Dinner is chicken and rice with broccoli. In between meals I munch on fruit and nuts. I also drink 4 liters of water a day. I will have an occasional soda with my dinner sometimes, but to much sugar upsets my stomach.
