Help! We are trying to UNinstall the Viaggio Flex (having purchased it and we love it -- thank u for your help!). I pull the yellow lever in the front to reveal the side buttons. But when I pull on the side buttons, only one of the prongs disengages and the other prong stays attached to the car's latch. I assume I need to be more in-synch as I pull on the side buttons, but no matter how many times I try, one prong or the other remains locked in. And, yes, it's one prong or the other -- NOT always the same prong. So weird. Is there a trick to make BOTH prongs disengage?

What do you do if you can’t remove the car’s headrest? We have Volvo SUVs and the headrests don’t come off and don’t fold backward. They only fold forward. It’s so frustrating.
