AlphaCars & Motorcycles | Since 1989! | Expect to Be Impressed!

WHY THIS VEHICLE?
At the heart of the Meteor is the all-new air-oil cooled, 349cc, SOHC engine with a characteristic long stroke and electronic fuel injection system producing smooth, tractable power & plenty of bottom-end torque. Continuing the legend of the easy singles, the new engine possesses a visceral exhaust note that is distinctively Royal Enfield. With an enhanced chassis setup, accessible riding position, advanced braking ability, high-specification suspension, and responsive power delivery, the Meteor is set to light up the world of city cruising. The all-new chassis is stronger, stiffer, and more durable and designed for straight-line stability, cornering, and maneuverability without compromising comfort. The Meteor 350 features a Tripper navigation system, the first-ever in a Royal Enfield. Powered by Google Maps and the Royal Enfield App that connects smartphones with the motorcycle through Bluetooth. Tripper is a sophisticated navigation solution that indicates directions through an intuitive display system with an additional USB charging port on the motorcycle.

Keep in mind the ground clearance and the max. lean angle decrease when lowering the bike.

Thank you for showing the technique on using the center stand. I was having the hardest time propping it up on the center stand initially. Great informative vid on everything!

I really needed some lowering shocks for my meteor and you guys are the only US seller with some that I could find for the Meteor. Thanks! Can't wait to put them on!! It's going to be awesome not tiptoeing anymore haha.

The best solution is the standard chassis with leather bags on the left and right and discreet holders.
With the short springs less ground clearance, heavy jacking.
And without the panniers, the rear looks bad when the pipe supports are showing.

Will get those Givi panniers when I get my meteor. Looks perfect! Thanks so : )

Those bags are interesting. I've always had bags on my bikes. But, this bike looks so good without bags. I haven't been able to pull the trigger on bags yet. But the Givi is something to think about.

Very nice set of panniers and rack system. Probably one of the best I've seen.
I think the lowered bike was surprising that someone would need a low bike even lower.
If you really need a bike that low, you would need to shorten the stand as well. The bike you were demonstrating, the stand was almost unusable. Nice demonstration though.

Those bags and racks look excellent. It would be my top choice if i went touring with the Meteor.
Those lowered shocks...not so much.
It looks nice and low, but 2 inches is a lot of travel to take away from a bike that is already rather stiff in the back.
I would consider 1 inch lower, but no more than that. Gotta check what's in the market for those measures.

How much do you lower the front suspension??

Hi, I can’t help thinking that the panniers are the wrong way round, but I’m not sure. It seems like the pannier lid slopes backwards, if it were reversed would the passenger have more leg room. Just an observation, I may be totally wrong.

The rear shocks looks very stiff and hard when you are sitting down on the bike, are they?

Doesn't shortening the rear shocks mean the wheel will bump the underside of the guard/chassis very easily?
