Ingredients
– 700gr (1,5 lbs) lean pork chops
– 6 bunches spring onion
– 4 bunches spring garlic
– 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 3 tablespoons tomato paste
– salt to taste
– water – just enough to cover all the ingredients
