Italian Meatballs with Garlic Bread Ingredients:
Meatballs
• 1 cup Pane Rustico Rustic Baguette, cubed
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp (each) salt and ground pepper
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Sauce
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Half red onion,
• 1 clove garlic
• ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
• 2 cans of strained tomatoes or 5½ cups canned crushed tomatoes
• 1 bay leaf

Garlic Bread
• 6-8 slices of Pane Rustico Rustic Baguette
• ¼ cup garlic butter, at room temperature
