Why you need a BI-DIRECTIONAL Scantool. (Actuator Testing with XTOOL A30D)

Just wanted to share some thoughts on why you might need a Bi-Directional Scantool. I am using the XTOOL A30D in this video and demo it on various actuators. If you are investing in a OBD2 reader, you may want to spend a little bit more money if you think this type of testing would help you. There are also many other good Bi-Directional scan tools available at various price ranges (Both Handhelds and Bluetooth).
