Welcome to this EASY OMINOUS BOTTLE FARM tutorial in Minecraft 1.21! In this step-by-step guide, you'll learn how to construct a highly efficient Ominous bottle farm that allows you to quickly gather tons of ominous bottles in Minecraft to use in your raid farms! This is a bad omen farm, that spawns a lot of pillager captains to give you ominous bottles. The best part is that you can build this farm in survival mode, making it accessible to all players.

If your server pillager spawning efficiency is getting shittier overtime, It's most likely to be caused by not sleeping at nighttime. Once you slept, they'll start spawning way more so sleep every night (including irl)

For those of you that have your iron golem dying. According to the Minecraft Wiki pillagers can spawn on any valid opaque block if the block light level is less than or equal to 8, but will also spawn on grass/sand blocks of any light level. Check your torch placement and don't use grass or sand blocks inside the fenced area. Also consider taking down the whole pillager tower to be certain.

works pretty well, just had to surround the inside of the fence with buttons cause pillagers keep spawning inside the fence and killing the golem

for those who find chest empty thats because as soon pillagers fall in lava they despawn to fix this problem try reduce 1 or 2 scaffolding this might fix the problem

Tip: If the golem dies, use buttons to spawn-proof the area inside the fence. That way, no pillagers or other unwanted mobs will spawn and attack/kill the golem. My farm did great after I did that.

10/10, about 100x faster than flying away and back over and over again to get banner guys to spawn

A good tip:

If pillagers spawn outside of area you dug(eg on mountains)... just fill it with one of:
water
lava
slabs
buttons
leaves(unsure if works)
glass(unsure if works)



Since after I filled mountains where pillagers spawned with water, everything began working fine.

If your iron golem is dying, expand the fence by 1 (19x19, 1 stack and 8 fences)

Works so good in 1.21.4, just change the grass/sand blocks inside the fenced area for leaves so pillagers dont kill the golem

"Ominous Bottle"! I was wondering, could you do the builds in survival mode (like Shulkercraft)? It makes it easier to follow along

11/10 would recommend to build. The spawn rate are so good, I get like 5-10 bottles per minute with this design. So cheap and simple to build in survival.

Do take note that I tried using campfire in this and it's not that efficient and the lava don't burn anything since the minecart hopper takes the item before it gets burn. And the amount per minute is a lot already considering that this is only a simple and easy farm.

PS: You can modify this farm with 3 more entrance on each sides, and since it also spawns more outside the 22 block radius, You can make other traps for more efficient Ominous farm

PS: You can also turn this into Xp Farm just remove the lava and modify the drop chute, don't build it too deep or they will despawn by the time you get down. Just make sure you comeback every minute or so because the spawnrate are better than normal mob farms.
