Trident Mumbai is only good for the guest. they make the the staff slog
for 12-14hrs every day specially front ofiice team. No extra pay for
long hrs. They just want to make customers happy so they come nxt time
and the revenue business goes on but they treat staff like shit
specially few Managers like Mrs. Kaur who think she is the CEO of the
company and abuse their staff. I'm really dissapointed with all hotels
