a songwriter, an arranger, a guitarist and pianist, a singer and entertainer as well, and above all a nice peaceful guy.
A hero you shall remain

The concert finished late and people kept on singing to Hey Jude for a further 10 minutes or so as they left the amazing to see U2, The Who, Pink Floyd, George Michael, Madonna and Paul McCartney at one event

How many thousands of times has he played Long and Winding Road in front of a crowd? And it still comes out fresh and earnest. That's so rare.

I'm just so thankful that I lived at the time of the Beatles. I'm in my 70s now and I still impress my neighbours by my love for their music. They hear it loud and clear nearly every weekend and being from a much younger generation they were not familiar with the Beatles collection. When I started to play their music they asked me "who is that?" They were amazed it was the Beatles - some 50 years old. They couldn't believe how 'modern' the music sounded. Just goes to show you, that Beatles music will live forever as each new generation hears their magic.

5:10 When Paul told Mariah to sing and she delivered it❤️ But one thing that I hate is cameraman didn't focus on Mariah(even for 0.1 second when she sang).

It's incredible how a (na na na na) in Mariah's voice covers all the voices and makes the song even better. Paul, thanks for asking her to sing.

Mariah actually said in an interview that she didn't want to sing because she hates it when people are trying to outdo each other. She wanted the kids to sing but Paul McCartney sang in her ear saying, "lemme hear u sing" and so she did.

5:09-5:10 This damn second is called happiness. Mariah and Paul are my two favorite artists of all time. I have to admit a little tear came out of my eye

This man in all his handsomeness has written lyrics alone and with the Beatles that reverberate even today in this horrible pandemic we are all trying to survive. He is keeping my spirits up in this down time, God Bless Sir Paul!!!

Paul McCartney asking Mariah Carey to sing was the best part. It gave so much life to it.

Paul McCartney has never recovered from the loss of his lovely wife Linda. His pain has been obvious . Bless his soul.
