I don't get why people are so annoyed about drag queens reading stories to children. It's the same as having someone dressed up as a clown or a Disney Princess reading a story to their children. I used to go to pantomimes as a child, and the dames were all men in loud makeup and dresses, and I don't think it particularly messed me up as a child. Children are more focused on the stories being told and not who is reading them.

I mean, Mrs Doubtfire and Hairspray had men in drag in the film and they were family films. So, the whole "Drag Queen Storytime" issue is a non-issue.
