This video hits close to home. I usually try to ride my bike with a bell on it to warn oncoming hikers and bikers that I'm coming. But once I've ridden for an hour without seeing anyone on the trail I figure it's safe to turn it off. Wrong. That's when a rogue hiker appears to ruin my day! 😂

Timber bells are the best on the clementine climb in Auburn. People tend to ignore riders calling out(especially those large groups of damn teenagers), but they always turn around when they hear the bell

Our local trail requires bells. There’s a bell box with about 30 bells in it that you can borrow.
