I don't particularly like her music, but I have to give the girl credit for her success. It takes a hell of a lot of courage & determination to save money from a low paying job, fly alone to an entirely new country at such a young age, and fight through constant ridicule, just for the sake of pursuing an uncertain dream that would ultimately make her a millionaire.

How she embraces her life is basically a unique talent in itself

honestly i'm not too big a fan of her music but after seeing this video i really do have a lot of respect for her as a person. she came from literally nothing, arrived in the us without knowing anyone and that already at such a young age i would never have had the courage to do that. feel kinda bad for hating on her in the past :// everyone that's hating on her should watch this vid. that would shut their mouthes in no time!!

My friend went school with her.
She use to rap in front of her school and everyone use to laugh. She said "one day I'll be famous and you'll be laughing". Well she kept her word. But not a good famous. Lol

My dad actually new her and her family very well. My dad was in a small local band with her dad and frequently saw Iggy as an infant.
