sleepless nights, endless thoughts.
there really are times that you'll feel hurt again, you'll remember everything that caused you so much pain, and it's normal. feel what your soul needs to feel, cry when you feel like crying.

all of those mournings will be worth it, you'll heal soon. all those tears you cried are not in vain, allow yourself to grieve and process it all.

but even though you're going through a hard time, don't forget to take care of yourself & be patient with your progress.
