I am one of those who have those dreams. Every two or three months i have a dream where my teeth just fall and I'm completely helpless, once I dreamt a whole piece of my upper jaw fell and I had to clean it before putting it back on, it's not fun!

That's not only child neglect, it's straight up 4bus3, they saw how the kids teeth kept getting worse and worse and didn't care to do anything on time. That's awful and so sad. I hope that child gets better and not only that, but also gets a better family who really cares about him.
