Colorado immigrant families wary of incoming policies under Trump administration

They are fearful of the future? They came here illegally and thereby have committed a crime.

Why are families wary? If you are here legally you have documentation to protect you. If you are here illegally you don't and should be wary. You're first act upon stepping on US soil should not be an illegal one

Why is that not happening? Stankuary cities are holding classes on avoidance of the law !

When I get pulled over for a traffic violation I have to provide the officer my drivers license, registration and proof of insurance. When I go to another country I have to show my passport and identification. When I purchase a gun I have to provide identification and have a background check. Yet people in the country illegally don’t have to provide any documents showing their in the country legally? Doesn’t make much sense does it?

I feel bad for those who came here as very young children and have lived in the US their whole lives. I couldn’t imagine being deported to a country you know nothing about all because your parents did not do it the right way.
