Ditch the Processed Snacks: Make These Homemade Power Balls

These pistachio and matcha power balls are made with just 5 whole-foods to a create the perfect treat.

For those of you that don’t know matcha is very high in antioxidants (and not just for your matcha lattes).

You can eat them as is or dip in dark chocolate and top with extra pistachios for an extra treat.

Makes 12

Ingredients
12 medjool dates, pitted
2/3 cup pistachios(90g)
2/3 cup cashews (90g)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (30g)
2 tsp matcha powder

Toppings, optional
Dark chocolate and pistachios

1️⃣ Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add in 1-2 tbsp of water as you blend if your dates are harder
2️⃣ Roll into 12 balls and refrigerate. You can also dip in some melted dark chocolate and top with more nuts

Store in the fridge and they will last for 5-6 days
