With my oven, altitude, and environment, I generally have to go at least 10 minutes over the recommended bake time

Another tip get really cheap bread put 9 in a row tuen on ur oven this will tell you where your hot spot is. Mark it on a peice of paper. Use toasted bread as bread crumbs this will help you which part to.put your stuff in so you can follow the baking time as in the recipe
