@AlloNeson Excuse me? How can you discern if what you discern in pray if you do not go to the Bible to find it's foundation? Christ is the scriptures. The Bible is the written Christ; all scripture testifies of Christ. To know how to pray, we must go to the scriptures. If something you learn or desire is not scriptural, then it is wrong.

OK Paul. Renew your mind: consider for one minute that it might all not be true - there hasn't been any evidence for 2000 years - and the evidence from then is pretty unreliable because people were superstitious and believed anything.
I really want people to feel the love that they all talk about, but it has to come from inside - not from a wrathful, vindictive deity who is so insecure he requires you to get on your knees every day and tell him he's good.
