this song is and was, very special to me, the album debut was during my first big relationship, one i truly and wholeheartedly wished would never end, I'd waste away my days planning our future, making playlists to send, drawings, songs, we would spend nights awake talking and days together laughing at how silly it was that we met each other when we did, and i remember hearing this song and crying realizing that love would most definitely end, we were too young and inexperienced to make do with our flaws and mistakes, even though our love was strong and truly everlasting, and in the aftermath "our songs" would become "bittersweet lullabies"

i can say that after hearing this i saw it all in my mind again, every part of it replayed, but knowing now that it's over, and your remix got a sorrowful smile out of me, thanks for making me feel something good about that time again
