What about try to talk with cbum to implement crossfit training into his new hybrid stage. You should see his last video that metions crossfit and the first that he made called redefining hybrid where he says that he wants to show all the runners that do a hyrox and call themself hybrid what is a real hybrid. Maybe a very good idea could be that he prepares and does his first Crossfit Open!

1 death per 3, 000 male players annually for NCAA players. Over a 12-year period, soccer has seen over 70 deaths on the field worldwide.
1.9 deaths per 100, 000 participants worldwide for marathons.
Triathlons have estimates from 116 triathlon deaths over the last ten years to a study showed that over a 31-year period from 1985 to 2016, 135 people died.

Crossfit has 1 death in over 10 years and you come apart at the seams.

Does it mean don't ask for them to do better? No.
