Resep Kue Kepang Ketan (18-20 pcs)
Bahan:
150 ml air
60 ml santan kental
175 gr BOLA Deli Tepung Ketan
68 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
1 sdt baking powder
½ sdt garam
Bahan lainnya:
100 gr gula pasir
2-3 sdm air
2 lembar daun pandan, potong
Langkah:
1. Campurkan BOLA Deli Tepung Ketan, tepung terigu, baking powder, dan garam, aduk kemudian tambahkan air dan santan kental, uleni hingga menyatu
2. Bentuk adonan memanjang kemudian potong-potong, ambil satu adonan yang sudah dipotong, giling memanjang, rekatkan ujung adonan kemudian putar pelan-pelan, ulangi hingga adonan habis
3. Panaskan minyak, goreng kue kepang di api sedang-besar hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan
4. Panaskan wajan, masukkan gula dan air, masak hingga gula larut dan mengental kemudian masukkan kue kepang dan daun pandan, aduk hingga gula membentuk kristal
5. Kue kepang siap disajikan

Glutinous Rice Kue Kepang Recipe (yield: 18-20 pcs)
Ingredients:
150 ml water
60 ml thick coconut milk
175 g BOLA Deli Glutinous Rice Flour
68 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Other ingredients:
100 g sugar
2-3 tbsp water
2 pc pandan leaf, sliced
Steps:
1. Mix BOLA Deli Glutinous Rice Flour with flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir, then add water and coconut milk. Knead until the dough comes together.
2. Shape the dough into a long cylinder and slice. Get a piece of dough, roll into a long cylinder, connect the ends, then twist it slowly. Repeat for all the dough.
3. Heat the oil and fry Kue Kepang on medium-high heat until golden brown. Set aside.
4. Heat the pan. Add sugar and water, then cook until the sugar is dissolved and thickens. Add the Kue Kepang and pandan leaves in. Stir until the sugar crystallizes
5. Kue Kepang is ready to serve.
