I know this video's been out there a few years, but as this is the only disassembly video I have found I wanted to fill in the blanks on the rest of the handle section in case somebody else pulled the trigger too hard and needs to fix...
1. Remove the 5 black screws on the left side of handle
2. Remove buttons 3 and 4 (each has 2 locks, 1 at the bottom and 1 on the interior). Button 2 is not necessary but as it only has a lock at the bottom, it may make removing 3 and 4 easier.
3. Remove the hidden silver screw in the round axel for button 4 (right side).
4. Remove black plastic axel on both sides (I needed a needle nose to get a grip on the left/button 3 side)
5. The panel supporting buttons 2-4 has an 'L' shaped hook on the bottom to support it against the handle. Push this towards where you removed the round button axels before lifting to remove.
6. Finally, make sure to remove blue "LED" at the top. This has pegs that hold both sides together.
**You should have 5 black screws and the silver axel screw before you can separate the sides of the handle**

I found this video because I was trying to figure out what else I need to do after removing the 6 bottom screws in order to open up the base. After watching the video I still can't figure it out. Apparently I have to apply force in a certain direction to release the tabs, but not too much force or in the wrong direction so I don't break something.
However, upon watching the video, it is unclear whether this will even achieve my goal, which is to try to lubricate the ball which is partially visible under the main stick. The plastic has worn away in patches on the ball and it is very stiff and I was hoping some wax (crayon) or something would make it slide better but I can't figure out how to apply it.

OMG LOL I've had one of these for a few years after I picked one up at a thrift store. I never knew the ergonomic handrest came apart like that. I just assumed that it came with one for each side and I only had one of them due to buying it at a thrift store.

Nice video, almost at end I see the stick doesn't auto returns at central position and remembers his position, how it's possible to do it?
