Duration : 3 Years of study and 1 year of Industrial training.
Tool and Die Engineering is a very highly skilled and specialised profession and requires intricate and precise fitment and machining of jobs with exposure to modern techniques. A Tool Engineer should be capable of designing, selecting the correct material and deciding on the manufacturing process of Tools, Dies, Jigs and Fixtures to a high degree of precision.
The students are taught Computer Basics, AutoCAD, Creo, EDM Technology, CAD/CAM Technology, Basic Electronics, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Quality Control, Manufacturing Technology and Workshop Calculation, Engineering Drawing / Tool Design Drawing,
Automation Technology, and Management Principles. They get vast practical exposure in Turning, Milling, Grinding, all types of Bench work, Forging, Welding, Lapping, Scraping, CNC Machining and Manufacturing of Press tools, Moulds, Die-Casting, Jigs and Fixtures.

Our Tool & Die Engineering, Mechatronics and Polymechanics & Automation students are privileged to receive the German Diploma from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nürenberg, Germany, which aids for their employment in European Industries
