Mozart - Requiem: Lacrimosa - Emotional Classical

Requiem in D minor, K. 626: Lacrimosa

Mozart worked on the Requiem until his last breath. It is said he wept when he heard the first eight bars to this specific piece played back, knowing he wouldn't finish it. While it was most probably finished by Franz Xaver Süssmayr, it is certain and known WA wrote at least the beginning of this piece of music. One of the most recognizable and emotional pieces of music in history and thus a perfect start for our journey together on this channel.
