Tukde Tukde Gang Hijacking Farmers Protest? WATCH Panelists Debate On India First With Gaurav Sawant

Farm law protests have now entered day 16, the Center has urged the protesting farmers to return for dialogue. The Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) has moved Supreme Court challenging the three farm reform laws passed by the Parliament recently that are now at the Centre of the massive protests. The farmers have also planned to intensify the agitation over the next few days in which they have planned to block highways leading to Delhi, gherao BJP leaders and offices and bring out another ‘Delhi Chalo’ march on December 14.

According to the latest update, the Intelligence sources have warned to Left-Wing threat to farmers protest. It has come to the light that Tukde Tkde gang has hijacked farmers protest with posters of Sharjeel Imam, Varvara Rao & others. The New Law says “No civil court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceedings in respect of any matter, the cognisance of which can be taken and disposed of by any authority empowered by or under this Act or the rules made thereunder.”  It’s not just farmers who cannot sue. Nobody else can, either. It applies to public interest litigation too. Nor can non-profit groups, or farm unions, or any citizen (driven by faith good or bad) intervene.
