I know you'll do more than just Tribal archetypes, but I'd love to see the history of Merfolk as well

I'm really hyped for a new series, because that means more Nizzahon videos!

Your new series just got in to my top 8.

I was actually going to ask for a history of decks. Leaving MtG for a decade means there's a lot of history I missed

Congrats on 6 years! Have you ever considered discussing how you do your research for your top 10 lists? I feel like that would be interesting to see

This is a fantastic series idea. I can't wait to see what else you come up with. I'm especially looking forward to elves and maybe even burn.

Very cool new format. I would love to see how Energy based decks changed over time and if they are still relevant today.

I can't wait to see the rest of the series. I'd love it if you took a look at some decks of the past that don't have a modern day equivalent as well, but for now I'm really happy to see this! keep it up

The history of Dredge decks, or Dredge-like decks would be so cool. Manaless Dredge is a deck that I just cannot ever wrap my head around, so it'd be fun to find out more about how it got assembled by better minds within the competitive scene

Honestly my favorite part of the top 10s is the little bits of historical context you provide for why the cards made the list so this might actually become my preferred series if you do more, so yes please do more.

This is a great idea to create its own series about. Having played Goblins throughout the years and seeing were I dropped off at should be interesting, if my current build is even on the list. Which should say something that even not watching more than the introduction, am hyping this video and would love to see more when like Drew Armstrong, the Glorious Lobster Emperor put it, that means more Nizzahon videos, which is a Win/Win however you look at it.

I'm 0:01 in and I'm already hating life. So that's appropriate for the subject at hand.

Congratulations on 6 years and I can't wait for more videos in this series.

Loving the new series! Having a history of of deck archetypes further adds insight to the original Top Ten series.

Would love to see deck archetypes that are not usually seen in standard or historic. Maybe Maverick, Rock, and Lands decks.

Love the idea. Would like to see necropotence and fires of yavimaya next. Would also like to ask
- I like to see what cards are part of the deck, could you rotate more the specific cards on the video?
- What are the win condition on these decks, like... what are the 2 or 3 cards one has to draw to swing a win?
- Onde created, what happened to the deck after the next rotation of sets? Did it migrated do other category? New cards got in? Which ones?
- Does the deck exists today? Does it have a spiritual sucessor?

I'm obviously biased but the history of Death's Shadow is an interesting one.
Great video! Would love to also see: Eldrazi, Dredge, Tron, Zombies, Vampires, Humans, Rebels, Spirits, Burn and even Control.
This is a great idea!

Worth noting that Extended and Legacy goblins decks also functioned as pseudo land destruction decks, with 4 Wasteland and 4 Rishadan Port, which could steal games against clunkier decks / manabases. One interesting spin on Goblins was the Legacy version that splashed white for Thalia, Guardian of Thraben. The idea being that quickly flooding the board with goblins, Thalia's taxing and the various land disruption could be enough to keep the opponent off balance or straight up locked out entirely, while your board of goblins ran them over. It was a bit of a flash in the pan though, although it did score some decent finishes at SCG events back in 2013 (I think).

In terms of ideas for other decks, one could be blue-white control. Starting with The Deck and also covering Caw-Blade, Delver (this is more aggro-control, but still), Sphinx's Rev, Flash and finally Teferi, HoD. I'm sure there are others, but there's a lot just in the last 10 years.

Have you considered covering things like combo decks or graveyard decks as big overall archetypes or maybe specific combos and specific kinds of graveyard decks like threshold, reanimator, dredge, etc?

Ramp is definitely my favorite archetype and would love to see a version of this video about that. Ramp is definitely one of the more diverse archetypes around as well.

Eldrazi would cool for a tribe. Anybody who wasn't around during Eldrazi Winter that deck was so stacked im definitely sure it would still be top tier despite how much power Modern has now.
