I personally feel that the AirForce should take that sheriff into custody and give him a military trial for 1st degree murder.

The airman was murdered by an incompetent, unfit cop.

This is the same sheriff dept where the deputy got into a gunfight with a squirrel when it dropped an acorn.

That officer panicked and flat out murdered an active duty United States Serviceman, period.

That officer should be held accountable.

A few weeks ago they tried to murder a handcuffed guy in a car, now they gun down a service member in his own home. Somebody needs to look at the training of these deputies as well investigation the murder of a US Airman. RIP Airman.

Why isnt the DOD handling this investigation!!!??? Why in the world would you allow this terrible sheriff's department to investigate itself? This country needs a top down reset.

Deputy belongs in prison. Sheriff needs to be ousted for lying and trying to downplay.

I was stationed there in the 80s and 90s 727 squadron . The cops are rogue . That's why I stayed on base .

The young man opened the door with his firearm pointing down and his free hand up in a gesture that appears to me he was trying to say hold up, what are you doing? The officer already had the drop and didnt have to shoot..even in the wild west he would be locked up for that because he had the drop on him.

Airman had committed no crime. He was in his home. He never threatened the deputy. Expect Florida law enforcement to work very diligently to make sure there is a cover up.

Thank you General. You are living proof that our military leaders are castrated political appointees like yourself!
