Apache Airflow is asking username/password..?

Note*
Recent version (2x) airflow expect minimum one user details then only you can able to login, so please run below command if it's asking the passwords and provide the username and password as 'admin'

$airflow db reset

$airflow webserver --port 8080

I am facing issue in running the DAGs and I have an error "The scheduler does not appear to be running.
The DAGs list may not update, and new tasks will not be scheduled." This is not allowing me to run the DAGs. Please need help.
