In the 2019 census, there are over 153,000 deaf people in Kenya

Having sign language as an alternative language tge sane way French or German is provided in schools all the way from lowest grades to universities.
If not alternative, let it be mandatory.
We need blind, deaf people in public offices and other offices.
We need to consider people with mild autism as well in this spaces among many others.
And last but not least, increase consistent awareness to every population and educate people on possible things to look out for and help people early on and not have kids suffer like Joseph had to be moved around etc.
