Little Caesars Crazy Bread (Copy Cat Recipe!)
Показать описание
One of my favourite things to pick up from Little Caesars is their Crazy Bread. It's light, fluffy, and drenched in the most amazing garlic butter with tons of parmesan. This is precisely why I had to crack the code so I could make it at home all the time! :D
This recipe is an exact dupe for the original. I use bougie parmigiano reggiano instead of the powdered stuff, but you can go either way. So easy to prepare, and so delicious! Perfect dunked into a big bowl of fresh marinara.
Full recipe listed below. I hope you enjoy this video :)

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
For Dough
1 tsp, Sugar
1 Envelope, Instant Yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
4 cups, Bread Flour
1.5 tsp, Salt
1 3/4 cups, warm Water
2 tbsp, Olive Oil
For Topping
¼ tsp, Garlic Powder
½ tsp, Salt
4 tbsp, Butter
½ cup, finely grated Parmesan Cheese
METHOD
In a bowl, add water, sugar, and yeast. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, or until yeast bubbles up.
Add flour, and salt to a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment, and combine.
Add Olive Oil to Yeast Mixture, and slowly stream into stand mixer until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl to form a ball. If the mixture is too wet, add a tbsp of flour at a time until this happens.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and allow to rest in a warm place until dough doubles in volume (approximately 1.5 hours)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Divide dough in two, and then cut ito eight pieces. Using your hands roll each piece into a cylinder. iUsing a sharp paring knife, cut the dough into 8 equal 10” bread sticks. Gently shape the dough so that they look like breadsticks, and transfer to a lined baking sheet coated in cooking spray. Make sure to slightly space them apart.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, until just slightly golden.
Melt Butter with Salt and Garlic Powder. Brush over warm breadsticks, and top with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy! :)
