Another Top list for you guys and this time it's about the most LGBT friendly European countries.
Are you from one of these countries? Have you ever been in any of them? Comment.

This ranking is based on the latest ILGA-Europe rating of the European countries, in which they take in consideration how the laws and policies of each country impact on the lives of LGBT people.

Using a wide range of indicators, covering everything from equality, family issues and hate speech to legal gender recognition, freedom of expression and asylum rights.
These benchmarking measures were first used by ILGA-Europe in 2009 and have been expanded on ever since.

You can find out more about the individual criteria that ILGA-Europe use to create each Rainbow Europe Map in their website rainbow-europe. org

Let's clarify some points🙏
-Even if a country is included in this list, it doesn't mean it's the best place to live in as an LGBTQ+ person, remember, there are 44 sovereign nations in Europe, that means there are 24 countries with a lower rank than these 20 and it means these 20 countries rank better than the other remaining 24, that's all.
-I explained in the description of this video what criteria were taken in consideration to make this ranking and the source as well.
-Since some people ask about countries located on other continents, the title says it, it's about Europe and European countries.

Are you from one of these countries?
Have you ever been in any of them?

Greece. Is. Not. Especially in villages, trust me, I have lgbt friends. Maybe in a few islands tho, like Lesvos. Lesvia (whoever is originated from Lesvos) literally means lesbian in greek.. So..

Absolutely wrong! If you look for researches and surveys you will see that Spain is the most gayfriendly country in Europe (and basically all over the world). Here the support for gay marriage and gay rights is above 90%, whilw there’s under that percentage in the rest of the countries

I think Spain should be on top 5 (?

Too bad eastern Europe, with so beautiful languages, people and culture are to this day impacted with USRR's post-communist judgmental close-minded mentality and they don't accept anyone differing by the slightest in the crowd from the general citizens. You can't live happily or freely in those country if you're gay, sorry.

What's up with this ranking haha 🙈 I'm really surprised that Germany was ranked relatively low and Austria is supposedly more LGBT friendly than Germany 🙈 in my opinion, it's completely opposite, and Germany should be way higher

Portugal is in the top 3 of lgbt friendly countries so there's no way it's on the 8th place
