🤝🤝🤝 People all around the world not only face with covid-19, but also face with its consequences such as : stressors, trauma, PTSD, melancholic depression, suicidal thoughts, hopelessness, jobless, mental health crisis risks, etc.
WHO & WPA & WB should play its important role to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
Pray for our humanities !

It's not exactly an uphill battle daily in my own experience. Rather, it's rather an almost total and constant dissolution of the meaning of life. I am surviving, not living.

2021: Mental health is so important.

Take care of your mind and the way you speak to yourself.

Don’t let negative thoughts weaken you.

Love is love

I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and spoken word performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my YouTube channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙❤

I think Covid is challenging us, but we will adapt to it and come out stronger than before, when it has ended.

I have adhd, bipolar, mood disorder, and major depression. I am planning to get the covid vaccine, but i am honestly so scared of the outcome afterwards. I am afraid if it will worsen my mental disorders because its already bad as it is for me on focusing, concentration, and am still in depression state.what are your thoughts? I been searching and can not find any info about this. I am just scared because i have read that people who are healthy who got the vaccine, they started experiencing some type of mental issues.

Now, the world can be a nasty crazy place out there, we need a lot of courage and we need a lot of resilience after that, and we will fall down before we stand up… What really matters is the silence of the night in our conscience, when we are alone. We cannot control what happens but we can use what happens. We have so much reserves of love and support inside us, if we can just remember that in our mind and move on.
