Syrian rebel fighters backed by Turkey recently took control of the city of Jarablus in Aleppo province from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group.

Despite it being a swift battle with only a few casualties, there are signs of destruction.

But there is also a concerted push to rebuild the town and get life back to normal.

Al Jazeera’s Jamal Elshayyal reports from Jarablus in northern Syria.
