Okay sometimes I don’t feel like starving me self but decided to eat less since I don’t want my stomach to feel like it’s gonna rip out my my layer of skin by the end of the day but I can’t, ice cream and just one more serving and another and another always calls my name😭✋🏻 I just want a little self control and to eat a healthy amount.
