Ephesians 4: How to Grow in Maturity and Unity in Christ

How do we live a life worthy of our calling in Christ? We each have been given spiritual gifts in the body of Christ and it's time to use them. We can either stay where we are, or we can grow. It's time for some growth in our spiritual maturity and Paul has some encouragement and instruction for Believers in that area.

Love the NIV translation of v 30 : Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God with whom you were “sealed” for the day of redemption. Praise God- to me “sealed” is powerfull because I feel like it’s a security that I can’t lose Him or be removed from Him! 😊

I am currently going through some stuff and even though I say I have Faith that Jesus will deliver and answer my prayers, the evil one puts doubt in my mind and heart (to be honest).
