Awesome project! Local hardcore snowbiker here. If a Snowbike isn’t fast enough you gotta ride harder terrain and tighter trees! IMO, a 450 mx bike is best but the 600 will be cool. Can you get it with a counter balancer? Rode a 500 and vibes are gnarly. My hands and feet would go numb. Make sure you have thermostat, heated bars, skidplate, pipe guard, engine blanket and radiator block offs. The biggest challenge is usually maintaining consistent coolant temps.

Very cool dude my BRC500 YZ is a monster in the snow. Definitely takes some extra tunning and set up to make perfect but once you get it the big 2T rocks

Kincaid, I can tell you many, many things about sleds and doing 100+ across Baylor park! Tree wells are also a freakin' adrenaline rush. Instant U turn at speed. That can get one in deep trouble tho' so don't recommend anyone doing them. 600cc stoker sounds like a rocket bike. This gonna be

I'm passionate about all things motorcycle but here in little Perth Western Australia I've constantly heard one particular theme. Part's and accessories can be hard to get and servicing and repairs aren't great either. So I've set up a workshop that repairs and custom makes Part's to order. We now have a turret Milling machine, lathe, tig welder and much more. Been machining custom case guards, clutch covers, linkages and triple clamps as well as repairs. It's been difficult but going well.
