Thank you Lars. Ever since coming across one of your books a year ago, you have helped me unearth my truest connection with God. What you teach is something I felt missing from what was taught growing up in Sunday school, and hence my relationship with God was shaky. I did not truly understand what God even was. Now the process is of building up my relationship with God from a solid foundation.

One of the crucial moments on my journey so far was to understand the meaning in which "know" is used. It does not describe mental knowing, but experiencing. There is a talk with Eckhart Tolle and Jack Kornfield where they translate the Sanskrit word for mindfulness, sati, which actually means "presence" and "loving awareness". Being with it and ultimatively being it, letting go all mental abstraction. They are a pointer, but cannot hold the totality of it. My teacher once said to me "Don't wait until you packaged it up, made sense of it all. There is no resolution to be reached in the mind that will free you from suffering."

Thank you, this really touched me deeply and is much needed encouragement.

A precious gift to start my day with you! You and your wife have greatly enriched and empowered my life to which i am eternally grateful. About 30 years i was in meditation in an energy working class where we met our spiritual guide. I refer to him as Jerusalem.
