Here i Have talked about there is a bit confusion about how the hell this guy survived Nanami's these deadliest punches. Haruta's strength is nothing in comparison to a true grade 1 sorcerer, but he possess a unique, cursed technique which saved him from dying. Which he himself doesn't understand properly. His cursed technique is miracles. This technique erases little miracles along the memories of it from his life. For example, seeing a clock have the same digit across all spaces. This technique stores those miracles which is shown by the marks under his eyes. And these stored miracles are released when Haruta's life is in danger, altering his luck to ensure he survives, and when the miracles has been used, the marking turns white. Which you can see here. If it wasn't for his cursed technique, he would have died here.

I think that the most powerful technique is the miracles one that Haruta I mean even Gojo’s technique is weaker then his if you exclude the 6 eyes as it is not a cursed technique as it was stated that people in his clan just possessed infinity without the 6 eyes so I would consider the 6 eyes a genetic lucked ass ability. So if all of the characters in the whole series had the energy of a grade 2 sorcerer then only Haruta would have the ability be able to survive Potentially a Sukuna or Gojo level attack if he has the marks in his face because of his technique now that is ridicules even comedian wouldn’t be able to do that if the level of the sorcerer using it was that of a Grade 2 sorcerer. I mean without a doubt as weak as he was he was able to survive attacks that would have killed him dozen of times over from Nanami who was far far stronger with that level of power and skill gap between them he was able to live through it he without a doubt has the strongest cursed technique in the whole series
