What if you create resources outside of terraform lets say from azure portal or using az powershell? Is there a way to import them into statefile?

Hello Charan . How are you? Awesome video thank you very much. Say like I already have an existing resource group, VNET, SNET and a keyvault to store the VM secrets like admin password which I have used in the past to create an environment and want to deploy a new virtual machine based on this Info. Can you please guide me on how to achieved this? I can see you have done all this in the video but want to know the keyvault and the VM creation process?

when we are using import why we are again writing code in Main.tf file ?? cant we directly use command IMPORT to get the existing resources??

Thanks for great information brother. I have a doubt. I was using app service plan resource block which got deprecated . So we are not able to use the old resource blocks any more.
If we update the templates, its destroying and recreating the app service plans. Can you provide your suggestion on best way to handle this scenario ?
