my first ever musical animatic! i tentatively made these human designs in 2015, so this was the most loving way i could think of to actually bring them back into my life and use them. i gotta admit i love sandy's musical design way more than my own, but i was theming here 8'D
as for the song.......i sing this shit into my hairbrush. it's such a jam..the harmonies, the cyndi lauper of it all....i hope my favorite part of the song comes through. even after listening to it 80000 times, i'm just not sick of it.
i took some liberties (like which characters are singing and when) and left some sketches in there too. for the story, the idea was to be a "chop to the top" prequel, but out of context it looks like they're just gonna fight some lava. which is fair, i believe in them
i've already started on two other sbtm songs because i might have a problem
the spongebob muscal fandom is so creative and uplifting, i wanted to contribute. hope you like.
